• Copy of the Home State DOI TPA license, if required.
• If not a state requirement, a statement advising to the latter end should be forwarded.
• Copy of a redacted client contract which will be treated with optimum confidentiality.

• Authority to negotiate, settle, accept and pay claims directly from domiciled office.
• Responsibility for managing the claims accounting functions of a client, including the maintenance of claims. payment trust accounts for individual clients.
• Maintaining a TPA licensing or registration with the state DOI, if required.
• Maintaining a contractual agreement with a client that codifies your TPA limits and responsibilities.
